EngineBits Bare Cylinder Head for Nissan Late YD25 (5X0 Casting) 2.5L 16 Valve Diesel Engines.

The Nissan YD25 engine has two distinct cylinder head variants:

Early YD25 (2002–2009): Introduced in the Navara and later used in the Pathfinder (2005). Easily identified by 4 inlet ports.

Late YD25 (2010 onwards): Updated head with 8 inlet ports and the casting mark 5X0. Commonly referred to as the Late YD25 Head or YD25 5X0.

This product is the Late YD25 cylinder head, suitable for the 8-port version only.

Supplied with:

✔ Valve guides pre-fitted

✔ Valve seats pre-fitted

Note: Valve seats may require cutting to achieve correct installed heights depending on the valves used.

Recommended use: Ideal for rebuilds or replacements where the original 8-port YD25 cylinder head is cracked, worn, or beyond repair.
