Every EngineBits order is shipped with FedEx International for fast, tracked delivery.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at any time through the FedEx website.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by your local authorities. These are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping & Delivery FAQ’s
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number – if tracking is available for your shipment. This tracking number can be used to monitor your delivery in real time via the courier’s website.
Most EngineBits orders shipped to North America, Europe, Asia, and major cities worldwide will include a tracking number. However, please note that some shipments, especially small international packages or deliveries to remote regions, may not include tracking if the chosen logistics service does not support it.
Here’s how to track your order:
- Check your email: Look for a shipping confirmation from EngineBits containing your tracking number.
- Visit the carrier’s website: Click the link in your email or paste the tracking number into the shipping carrier’s tracking tool.
- Monitor updates: You’ll be able to see when the package is in transit, out for delivery, or has been delivered.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, or if the number doesn’t update after dispatch, please contact our support team. We’ll assist you directly and ensure your order is on track.
