Returns Policy

At EngineBits, we’re committed to supplying high-quality, OEM-spec engine parts you can rely on. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. Below you’ll find our policy on returns, refunds, and warranty support.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging and in resellable condition
  • The part was incorrectly supplied
  • The item is faulty or damaged in transit
  • You have received written authorisation from our support team

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, incorrect purchases, or parts fitted or used in any way.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] with:

  • Order number
  • Part number and description
  • Photos of the issue
  1. Our team will assess the issue and advise on next steps.

  2. If approved, we’ll provide a return authorisation number and return instructions.

How to Return an Item

All authorised returns must be sent to our designated warehouse. You’ll receive the full return address once your request is approved.

Please include:

  • The original invoice or packing slip
  • A written reason for return
  • The return authorisation number (clearly marked)

Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • You’ll receive confirmation via email
  • Please allow 3 – 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the error was on our part.

Special Notes

  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
  • Second-hand or surplus parts are marked and must match the original identification stamp to be eligible for return
  • Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible
