Choosing the right forklift parts is essential for reliable performance and a smooth repair process. At EngineBits, we make it easy to identify compatible forklift parts – whether you’re replacing a camshaft, cylinder head, or gasket set.
Here’s how to ensure you’re buying the correct parts for your forklift:
1. Identify Your Forklift’s Engine Code or Model Info
Compatibility is based on the engine or power unit inside your forklift. Common forklift engine codes include:
- Toyota: 4Y, 1DZ, 1Z
- Nissan: K21, H20, TD27
- Mitsubishi: S4S, 4G63, S6S
- Isuzu: C240, 4JB1
This info is often stamped on the engine block or shown on the manufacturer plate.
2. Use OEM Part Numbers When Possible
If you’re replacing an existing part, check the original for an OEM part number or casting number. At EngineBits, we list all reference numbers on product pages to make matching easy.
3. Consult a Workshop Manual or Part Diagram
Parts manuals and exploded diagrams help pinpoint exactly what component you need. If you’re working on a full rebuild or servicing job, these are essential.
4. Ask Us for Help
If you’re unsure, our team can help confirm fitment. Just send us:
- The forklift make and model
- The engine code or serial number
- A photo of the existing part (optional but useful)
We’ll identify compatible forklift parts and recommend exact-fit options from our catalogue.

We understand that mistakes can happen or details can change after placing an order. At EngineBits, we’ll do our best to accommodate any requests to change or cancel an order – but timing is critical.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to:
- Update part numbers or quantities
- Change your shipping address
- Cancel the order entirely and request a refund
To request a change or cancellation:
- Contact us immediately using your order number.
- Provide full details of what you need updated or cancelled.
- If the order has not left our warehouse, we’ll pause processing and update your order accordingly.
We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days, so please act quickly.
If your order has already shipped:
Unfortunately, once the order has left our facility, we cannot intercept or modify it. In that case, you may need to proceed with a return or exchange once it arrives.
We will provide guidance on:
- How to return the item (in original, unused condition)
- Whether a refund, store credit, or replacement part is applicable
- Any associated costs for return shipping
Please note:
- Custom or special-order parts may not be cancellable once payment is received
- Goods returned for credit must be in their original packaging and include all documentation
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the error was on our end
At EngineBits, our priority is customer satisfaction. If you need help with your order, contact us as soon as possible – we’ll work to resolve it fast and fairly.
EngineBits processes all payments in USD (United States Dollars), regardless of where you’re located. This helps standardise pricing across our global customer base and simplifies international transactions for both parties.
If you are shopping from a country that uses a different currency – such as GBP, EUR, or CNY – your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the payment from your local currency into USD at the current exchange rate.
Here’s what to expect:
- The amount displayed at checkout on EngineBits is shown in USD.
- When your payment is processed, your financial institution will handle the conversion.
- The final amount you are charged in your local currency will depend on that day’s exchange rate, and potentially a small conversion fee (set by your bank or card provider).
- We do not control or charge any currency conversion fees ourselves.
Tips for smooth international payments:
- Use a credit card or payment method that supports foreign currency transactions
- Check your provider’s exchange rates ahead of time for peace of mind
- If using PayPal, you can view and accept the converted rate before completing payment
If you’re unsure how your local currency will be handled, we recommend checking with your card issuer or bank. For bulk orders or custom invoices, you can also reach out to our team and request a payment quote based on that day’s USD rate.
At EngineBits, we’re committed to global access and simplicity – offering the same high-quality parts at consistent, fair pricing, no matter where you are in the world.
At EngineBits, we aim to make your checkout experience as smooth and flexible as possible, no matter where in the world you’re ordering from. That’s why we offer a wide range of secure and trusted payment options for both individual customers and corporate buyers.
Currently, we accept:
- Credit and Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard (internationally supported)
- PayPal: Safe, fast, and widely used worldwide
- Apple Pay & Google Pay: Available on supported devices for fast checkout
- Bank Transfers (for B2B customers): Available on request for approved accounts or bulk orders
All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers to ensure your information is encrypted and protected.
Please note:
- All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).
- Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if you’re paying in a different currency.
- We do not charge any additional payment processing fees on our end. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Once your payment is successfully received, your order will be processed, packed, and dispatched promptly. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with a summary and tracking link (if applicable).
If you have any issues during checkout or prefer to pay via bank transfer for large or custom orders, our support team is here to help. Simply reach out with your request and we’ll walk you through it.
At EngineBits, we keep payments simple, secure, and convenient – because getting quality engine parts should never be complicated.
If an item in your order is currently on back order, we will ship the available items immediately, so you’re not left waiting. The remaining back-ordered item(s) will be sent separately as soon as they come back into stock.
Here’s how it works:
- In-stock items: Shipped right away, typically within 1–2 business days.
- Back-ordered items: Automatically shipped once restocked—no need to reorder or follow up.
- No additional shipping cost: You will not be charged extra shipping fees for the second delivery.
If you prefer to wait and receive the full order together, or if you need more information about expected restock dates, just reach out to our support team after placing your order. We’re happy to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.
At EngineBits, we aim to minimise delays and ensure you receive the parts you need, as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number – if tracking is available for your shipment. This tracking number can be used to monitor your delivery in real time via the courier’s website.
Most EngineBits orders shipped to North America, Europe, Asia, and major cities worldwide will include a tracking number. However, please note that some shipments, especially small international packages or deliveries to remote regions, may not include tracking if the chosen logistics service does not support it.
Here’s how to track your order:
- Check your email: Look for a shipping confirmation from EngineBits containing your tracking number.
- Visit the carrier’s website: Click the link in your email or paste the tracking number into the shipping carrier’s tracking tool.
- Monitor updates: You’ll be able to see when the package is in transit, out for delivery, or has been delivered.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, or if the number doesn’t update after dispatch, please contact our support team. We’ll assist you directly and ensure your order is on track.
EngineBits is committed to fast, reliable global delivery – and that includes keeping you informed every step of the way.
